Installation (Rear Wheel Hub & Bearing Assembly)

1. With vehicles equipped with ABS, press-fit sensor rotor into wheel hub bearing using a drift. Press-fit sensor rotor as far as the location shown. See Figure.
   NOTE: DO NOT reuse sensor rotor. When installing, replace it with a new one.
NOTE: For the following steps, see Figure & Fig 1
NOTE: Before tightening, apply oil to threaded portion of rear spindle. DO NOT reuse wheel bearing lock nut.
2. Install wheel hub bearing. Tighten wheel bearing lock nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
3. Check that wheel bearings operate smoothly.
4. Stake lock nut in two places. Install hub cap using a suitable tool.
   NOTE: DO NOT reuse hub cap. When installing, replace it with a new one.
