Front Door Key Cylinder Switch LH Check (With left front only power window anti-pinch system)

CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH LH SIGNAL
With CONSULT-II

Check front door key cylinder switch ("KEY CYL LK-SW", "KEY CYL UN-SW(" in DATA MONITOR mode in CONSULT-II. Refer to "DATA MONITOR ".
- When key inserted in front key cylinder is turned to LOCK:
  KEY CYL LK-SW : ON
- When key inserted in front key cylinder is turned to UNLOCK:
  KEY CYL UN-SW : ON

Without CONSULT-II

Check voltage between BCM connector M18 terminals 59 (P/L), 60 (W/L) and ground.

OK or NG?
1. OK: System is OK.
2. NG: GO TO 2.
CHECK FRONT DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH LH GROUND HARNESS
Check continuity between front door key cylinder switch LH connector D50 terminal 3 (B) and body ground.

OK or NG?
1. OK: GO TO 3.
2. NG: Repair or replace harness.
CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH LH
Check continuity between door key cylinder switch LH connector terminals.

1. OK: Repair or replace harness.
2. NG: Replace front door key cylinder switch LH.
