Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to DRAINING ENGINE COOLANT. 
  2. Remove the air duct with air cleaner assembly.
  3. Disconnect A/T oil cooler hoses (if equipped).
    • Install a blind plug to avoid leakage of A/T oil.
  4. Disconnect the radiator upper hose, lower hose, and mounting bracket.
    5. CAUTION:
    • Do not damage or scratch radiator core when removing.
  5. Remove the radiator and cooling fan assembly
