Disassembly and Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove the radiator and cooling fan assembly. Refer to REMOVAL. 
  2. Remove the cooling fan shroud from the radiator.
  3. Remove the cooling fan blades from the cooling fan motors.
  4. Remove the insulator.
  5. Remove the cooling fan motors from the fan shroud.
