6. Warning Lamp Does Not Come On When Ignition Switch Is Turned On

INSPECTION START
Warning lamp circuit inspection

1. GO TO 2.
CHECK FUSE
Check 10A fuse No. 8. For fuse layout, refer to FUSES & CIRCUIT BREAKERS .

Is fuse OK?
1. Yes: GO TO 3.
2. No: Replace fuse.
CHECK WARNING LAMP ACTIVATE
Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit connector.

Does the warning lamp activate?
1. Yes: Replace ABS actuator and electric unit.
2. No: GO TO 4.
CHECK HARNESS FOR SHORT
1. Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit connector and combination meter connector M24.
2. Check continuity between ABS actuator and electric unit connector E111 (body side) terminal 2.

  Continuity should not exist.
Does continuity exist?
1. Yes: Repair harness or connectors.
2. No: Check combination meter.
  Refer to "WARNING LAMPS ".
