Possible Causes

ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC P0510, when battery voltage from closed throttle position switch is sent to ECM with throttle valve opened. Possible causes are:
- Defective closed throttle position sensor.
- Poor, loose, corroded or damaged terminal connections.
- Poor, loose, corroded or damaged terminal connections.
- Defective throttle position sensor.
