Possible Causes

ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC P0134 when voltage from Bank 1 HO2S 1 is constantly about .3 volt.
ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC P0154 when voltage from Bank 2 HO2S 1 is constantly about .3 volt. Possible causes are:
- HO2S 1 signal circuit open or shorted.
- Poor, loose, corroded or damaged terminal connections.
- Defective HO2S 1.
