Will Not Shift To "D4" With "O/D" Switch On

Possible cause: misadjusted TP sensor or PNP switch, incorrect line pressure, faulty revolution and VSS signal, or damaged shift solenoid valve "A", overrun clutch solenoid, control valve, fluid temperature sensor, brake band or overrun clutch.
