Using Scan Tool

  1. If the ignition stays on after repair work, be sure to turn ignition off once. Wait at least 5 seconds and then turn ignition on, engine off.
  2. Perform TCM SELF-DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . The engine warm-up step can be skipped when performing the diagnosis only to erase the DTC.
  3. Using scan tool, clear DTCs following scan tool manufacturer's instructions.
