With CONSULT-II

Start engine.
Perform "PURG VOL CONT/V" in "ACTIVE TEST" mode with CONSULT-II. Check that engine speed varies according to the valve opening.

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 16 .
NG: GO TO 15.
