DTC P0117 & P0118: ECT Sensor Circuit

Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is fixed at 104°F (40°C) when ignition is first turned on, then increases based on engine run time. After 4 minutes, ECT is fixed at 176°F (80°C). Cooling fan operates when engine is running.
