Diagnostic Procedure

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect MAF sensor harness connector. Measure resistance between MAF sensor terminals No. 3 and 5 (component side). See Figure. Resistance should be within acceptable range shown in illustration. See Figure. If resistance is as specified, go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, replace MAF sensor.
  2. No problem is indicated at this time. Problem may be intermittent. See INTERMITTENTS in TROUBLE SHOOTING - NO CODES article.
