DTC P1121: Electric Throttle Control Actuator (ECM Detects Throttle Valve Is Stuck Open)

While vehicle is driving, it slows down gradually by fuel cut. After vehicle stops, engine stalls. Engine can restart in Park or Neutral, but engine speed will not exceed 1000 RPM or more.
