Removal & Installation (RE4F04B)

Remove axle shaft assemblies. See AXLE SHAFTS article in DRIVELINE/AXLES.
Remove oil seals.
Apply transmission fluid to NEW oil seals. Install differential side oil seals. Ensure dimensions "A" is within specification. See Fig 1 . Dimension "A" should be plus or minus .020 in. (.5 mm).
Reinstall axle shaft assemblies. Add fluid as necessary.
