Transverse Link & Ball Joint: Installation

- Position transverse link. Install pivot bolt and nut. DO NOT tighten transverse link nuts and bolts to specification at this time. Final tightening must be performed with vehicle on ground. Install lower ball joint.
- To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Place vehicle on ground. Bounce vehicle up and down several times. Tighten transverse link nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Check wheel alignment. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES in ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTION.
