With a micrometer, measure journals for taper and out-of-round.
Out-of-round, Standard (X - Y): Less than 0.003 mm (0.0001 in)

Taper, Standard (A - B): Less than 0.004 mm (0.0002 in)
Measure crankshaft runout.

Runout, Standard (Total indicator reading): Less than 0.04 mm (0.0016 in)
