BCM Power Supply and Ground Circuit Check

- CHECK FUSE
Check 50A fusible link (letter f located in the fuse and fusible link box).
Check 10A fuse [No. 1, located in fuse block (J/B)].
NOTE: Refer to . "COMPONENT PARTS AND HARNESS CONNECTOR LOCATION ".OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to "POWER SUPPLY ROUTING CIRCUIT ".
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between BCM connector M18, M19 terminal 38, 55 and ground.
38 (R/W) - Ground: Battery voltage
55 (W/B) - Ground: Battery voltage
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 3.
- NG: Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect BCM.
- Check continuity between BCM connector M19 terminal 49, 52 and ground.
49 (B) - Ground: Continuity should exist.
52 (B) - Ground: Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
- OK: Power supply and ground circuit is OK.
- NG: Repair or replace harness.
