Slide Door

CAUTION:
  • When removing and installing the door assembly -->, support the door with a jack and shop cloth to protect the door and body.
  • When removing and installing door assembly, be sure to carry out the fitting adjustment.
  • Check the hinge rotating part for poor lubrication. If necessary, apply "body grease".
  1. Remove the upper and lower door finishers. Refer to "SLIDING DOOR - FINISHER ".
  2. Remove the door glass. Refer to "SLIDE DOOR GLASS ".
  3. Remove the door lock and handle assemblies. Refer to "SLIDE DOOR LOCK ".
  4. Remove the upper and lower male dovetail assemblies.
  5. Remove the door wiring harness.
  6. Remove the door.
    • Disconnect the rear slide door guide.
    • Remove the lower hinge bracket.
    • Remove the upper hinge bracket.

      Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
