Inspection For Power Supply And Ground Circuit

Inspection procedure

CHECK FUSE

Check if wiper or washer fuse is blown.

FUSES REFERENCE TABLE - WIPER/WASHER SYSTEM

Unit	Power source	Fuse No.
Front and rear washer motor	Ignition ON or START	47
Front wiper relay	Battery	39
Unit	Power source	Fuse No.
BCM	Ignition ON or START	16
BCM	Battery	j

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 2.
NG: If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of problem before installing new fuse. Refer to POWER SUPPLY ROUTING CIRCUIT .

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect BCM connectors.
2. Check voltage between BCM harness connector terminals 38, 55 and ground.

OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 3.
- NG: Check harness for open or short between BCM and fuse.
GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION (BCM)
Check for continuity between the terminal 52 on BCM connector and ground.

OK or NG
- OK: Inspection End.
- NG: Repair/replace BCM ground circuit.
