Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Release the fuel pressure. Refer to FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE .
  2. Remove the intake manifold collector. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the fuel rail with the fuel injectors. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Loosen the intake manifold nuts and bolts in the order as shown using power tool, and remove the intake manifold.
