Headlamp Low Beam Does Not Illuminate (One Side)

- CHECK BULB
Check ballasts (HID control unit) and xenon bulb of lamp which does not illuminate. Refer to "XENON HEADLAMP TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS ".
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: Repair malfunctioning part.
- CHECK HEADLAMP CIRCUIT
- Disconnect IPDM E/R connector and front combination lamp RH or LH connector.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector E122 terminal 20 (R/Y) and front combination lamp RH harness connector E107 terminal 3 (R/Y).
- 20 (R/Y) - 3 (R/Y): Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector E122 terminal 30 (L) and front combination lamp LH harness connector E11 terminal 3 (L).
- 30 (L) - 3 (L): Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 3.
- NG: Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK HEADLAMP GROUND
- Check continuity between front combination lamp RH harness connector E107 terminal 4 (B) and ground.
- 4 (B) - Ground: Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between front combination lamp LH harness connector E11 terminal 4 (B) and ground.
- 4 (B) - Ground: Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
- OK: Replace IPDM E/R.
- NG: Repair harness or connector.
- Check continuity between front combination lamp RH harness connector E107 terminal 4 (B) and ground.
