Inspection Procedure

  1. SELF-DIAGNOSIS RESULT CHECK 

    Check self-diagnosis results.

    FR LH OUT ABS SOL

    RR RH IN ABS SOL

    RR RH OUT ABS SOL

    FR RH IN ABS SOL

    FR RH OUT ABS SOL

    RR LH IN ABS SOL

    SV 2

    Is the above displayed in the self-diagnosis display items? 

    1. Yes >> GO TO 2.
    2. No >> INSPECTION END. 
  2. CONNECTOR INSPECTION 
    1. Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector E125.
    2. Check the terminals for deformation, disconnection, looseness or damage.

    OK or NG 

    1. OK >> GO TO 3.
    2. NG >> Repair or replace as necessary.
  3. CHECKING SOLENOID POWER AND GROUND 
    1. Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector E125.
    2. Check voltage between ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector E125 and ground.

    3. Check resistance between ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector E125 and body ground.

    OK or NG 

    1. OK >> Perform self-diagnosis again. If the same results appear, replace ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). Refer to ABS/TCS/VDC Control Unit Inspection .
    2. NG >> Repair the circuit.
