Changing M/T Oil

  1. Drain the MTF by removing the drain plug.
  2. Install the drain plug using a new washer.
    1. Drain plug: 30 - 39 N.m (3.1 - 4.0 kg-m, 23 - 28 ft-lb) 
  3. Remove the filler plug and fill the transaxle with new MTF through the filler plug hole. Check the MTF level as shown.
    1. Manual Transmission Fluid specification  . Refer to M/T OIL .
    2. Capacity (RS6F51A & RS6F51A) : 2.3 l (2 3/8 US qt, 2 Imp qt) 
  4. Install the filler plug using a new washer.
    1. Filler plug: 30 - 39 N.m (3.1 - 4.0 kg-m, 23 - 28 ft-lb)
