A/C Evaporator: Installation

Installation is the reverse of removal.

NOTE: When installing lower cover to cooling unit case, ensure that the thermo probe is in the same location as originally installed, and that the intake sensor wire is properly positioned in case slot.

Recharge the A/C system. Refer to "EVACUATING SYSTEM AND CHARGING REFRIGERANT ".

NOTE: Be sure that the evaporator core is fully seated against the dash panel before securing lower cover.
