Seal Ring Clearance

Install new seal rings onto input shaft.
Measure clearance between seal ring and ring groove.
1. Standard clearance: 0.08 - 0.23 mm (0.0031 - 0.0091 in)
2. Allowable limit: 0.23 mm (0.0091 in)
If not within wear limit, replace input shaft assembly.
