Clutch Master Cylinder: Disassembly

- Loosen the push rod lock nut "A" to remove the clevis and the lock nut "A".
- Remove the dust cover.
- Remove the stopper ring and stopper, then remove the push rod from the cylinder body. During removal, keep the push rod depressed, to prevent the piston inside the master cylinder from popping out.NOTE: Discard the stopper ring and use a new ring for assembly.
- Remove the piston assembly from the cylinder body.
- Remove the return spring.
- Remove the pin using a pin punch, then remove the nipple and seal.
