Possible Cause

ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC when ECM detects a high voltage or input signal is out of range from ASCD steering wheel switch, or that a switch is stuck on. Possible cause is:
- ASCD steering wheel switch circuit open or shorted.
- ASCD steering wheel switch fault.
- ECM fault.
