Possible Causes

ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC P0117 when an excessively low voltage from ECT sensor is sent to ECM. ECM illuminates MIL and sets DTC P0118 when an excessively high voltage from ECT sensor is sent to ECM. Possible causes are:
