Possible Causes

ECM will illuminates MIL and set DTC P0102 when it detects that an excessively low voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM when engine is running. ECM will illuminates MIL and set DTC P0103 when it detects that an excessively high voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM. Possible causes are:
- MAF sensor circuit open or shorted.
- Poor, loose, corroded or damaged terminal connections.
- Defective MAF sensor.
- Intake air leaks (DTC P0102).
