- DTC P0037: Bank 1 Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Heater - Low Voltage
- DTC P0038: Bank 1 Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Heater - High Voltage
- DTC P0057: Bank 2 Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Heater - Low Voltage
- DTC P0058: Bank 2 Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Heater - High Voltage

DO NOT reuse any HO2S that has been dropped from a height of 20" (0.5 m) or more onto a hard surface such as concrete.
