Removal and Installation

Remove body side trim. Refer to "BODY SIDE TRIM ".
Remove headlining. Refer to "HEADLINING ".
Remove roof rack.
- Remove nuts.
Remove crossbars.
- Remove screws from crossbar brackets.
  Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
  - Ensure the arrows on the crossbar brackets are pointing forward.
  - Be sure to install the foam washers with the soft side (non-plastic) facing towards the roof sheet metal.
