Diagnostic Procedure

CHECK CONNECTOR
1. Disconnect BCM harness connectors M18, M19 and M20.
2. Check terminals for damage or loose connections.
Inspection results OK?
1. OK: GO TO 2.
2. NG: Repair or replace damaged parts.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (BAT)

Check voltage between BCM harness connector M19 terminal 55 (W/B) and ground.

BCM HARNESS CONNECTOR M19 VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

Connector	Terminal (Wire color)	Ground	12 V
M19	55 (W/B)

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 3.
NG: Check BCM power supply circuit for open or short.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (IGN)

Turn ignition switch ON.
Check voltage between BCM harness connector M18 terminal 38 (R) and ground.

BCM HARNESS CONNECTOR M18 VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 4.
NG: Check BCM power supply circuit for open or short.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between BCM harness connector M19 terminals 49 (B), 52 (BAN) and ground.

OK or NG

OK: Replace BCM. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF BCM ".
NG: Repair or replace BCM ground circuit.
