A/T Does Not Shift: 5th gear --> 4th gear, When Lever Switch "OFF" --> "ON": Notes

A/T does not shift from D5 to D4, when pushed lever switch to "ON" position. (O/D OFF indicator lamp "ON" and A/T indicator "4".)
