Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. On 5 A/T equipped vehicles, remove the engine/transaxle/front suspension member.
  2. Remove the timing chain. Refer to TIMING CHAIN .
  3. Remove the oil strainer.
  4. Remove the oil pump.
