Fuel Gauge Sending Unit

Remove fuel gauge sending unit from fuel tank. Measure resistance between sending unit connector terminals No. 2 and 3 (No. 1 and 3 on 2.0L models). See Fig 1 or Fig 2 . If resistance values are not as specified replace sending unit. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT RESISTANCE table.
