Removal (Pathfinder/QX4 2WD & 1997 Pickup 2WD)

  1. Remove caliper. See FRONT BRAKE CALIPER . Remove hub dust cap without damaging "O" ring. Remove "O" ring, cotter pin, adjusting cap and lock nut. Remove hub and rotor assembly from spindle without dropping outer bearing and washer.
  2. Remove washer, outer bearing, inner grease seal, inner wheel bearing and hub-to-rotor bolts. Separate hub from rotor.
