Intake Air Plenum: Description and Operation

Intake Manifold And Collector:

PURPOSE
To provide a common air chamber for the intake runners, idle air components and a mounting for the throttle chamber. These runners are of equal length to assure proper air distribution.

OPERATION
The intake collector, mounted on top of the intake manifold, has runners are of equal length to assure proper air distribution.
