Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Injector Testing:

1. Remove the injector connector.
2. Using an ohm meter, check its resistance. Resistance should be approximately 10 Ohms. If OK, proceed to step # 3. If not OK, replace the injector.
3. Remove the injector and check nozzle for restriction.

Replace the injector if it fails test.

CAUTION: The positive circuit is always "Hot" at the injector terminals when the battery is connected.
