Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Testing and Inspection

Canister Test:

^ Blow air into port "A". Air should NOT leak.
^ Apply vacuum to port "A".
^ Cover port "D" with hand.
^ Blow air in port "C" and ensure free flow out of port "B"
Replace canister if it fails above tests.
