Fig. 4 Inhibitor Switch Continuity Check:

1. Loosen inhibitor switch attaching screws, Fig. 3.
2. Set selector lever manual shaft at Neutral position.
3. Insert suitable pin into adjustment holes in both inhibitor switch and switch lever as near vertical as possible, then tighten screws.
4. Check switch for continuity, Fig. 4. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
