Compressor Clutch Relay: Description and Operation

Relay Locations:

PURPOSE
To signal the Engine Control Module (ECM) that the A/C has been activated. The ECM will increase the duty cycle of the Idle Air Control-Auxiliary Air Control (IACV-ACC) Valve to stabilize the idle.
