If load sensing valve is damaged, replace as an assembly.
1. With one person sitting in drivers seat, set rear axle load to 221 lbs. by positioning weight in cargo area.
2. Install pressure gauge KV991V0010 as shown in Fig. 23. Then bleed air from front and rear brake lines.
3. Apply brakes, bring front brake pressure to 1422 psi and check rear brake pressure. Refer to Fig. 24, for specifications.
4. If brake pressure is not within specifications adjust bracket as follows:
a. Adjust bracket in the direction of "R" when pressure is below specifications, Fig. 25.
b. Adjust bracket in the direction of "L" when pressure is above specifications, Fig. 25.
