Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Disable airbag system as outlined Under "Airbag System Disarming."
2. Remove radiator grille.
3. Disconnect refrigerant lines at condenser, plugging all openings.
4. Remove condenser cooling fan.
5. Remove radiator attaching bolts and then condenser attaching bolts.
6. While pushing radiator toward engine, remove condenser.
7. Reverse procedure to install, evacuate and recharge system, then check for leaks.
