Tach Filter: Testing and Inspection

Ignition Resistor Test:

1. Disconnect ignition resistor terminal. It is taped to the engine harness near the relay box in the engine compartment.
2. Using an ohm meter measure resistance across the terminals as shown.
If not approximately 2.2 K ohm, replace ignition resistor.
