Master Cylinder Service

PROCEDURES

1. Check for applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSB).
2. Perform Initial Test Drive and Diagnosis By Symptom.

3. Inspect master-cylinder.
4. Remove master-cylinder.

5. Rebuild or replace master-cylinder as necessary.
6. Adjust master-cylinder pushrod.

7. Bleed and Install master-cylinder.
8. Bleed front and rear brakes.

9. Adjust rear brakes.
10. Install tire and wheel assembly.

11. Adjust parking-brake.
12. Perform After Repairs Test Drive.
