Owners of some 1990-91 Trucks may complain of clutch disc binding or hard shifting incidents. Follow the procedure to troubleshoot the complaint and to prevent any unnecessary parts replacement. Refer to the Service Manual for inspection/adjustment specifications and removal/installation procedures.





Apply lithium-based grease (which includes molybdenum disulphide) to the input shaft as shown:
