Pressure Plate: Service and Repair

CLUTCH DISC INSTALLATION
^ Apply recommended grease to contact surface of spline portion.

Too much lubricant might cause clutch disc facing damage.





CLUTCH COVER INSTALLATION
^ Insert Tool into clutch disc hub when installing clutch cover and disc.

^ Tighten clutch cover mounting bolts, evenly, a few turns at a time in an alternating pattern.

Be careful not to distort clutch cover during removal or installation.
