1. Complete the DRIVEABILITY and SERVICE HISTORY WORKSHEETS.
2. Verify the customer complaint.
3. Always check for applicable TSB's.
4. Review CHECKING THE BASICS prior to any other diagnostic steps.
5. Follow the FLOW OF DIAGNOSIS chart.
