Removal (240SX & 300ZX)

  1. Raise and support rear of vehicle. Remove rear wheel assembly. Disconnect parking brake cable. Remove spring retainer. Remove pin bolts and lock spring. Remove caliper and wire out of way.
  2. Remove pad springs, pads and pad shim. Note location and condition of pads for proper installation (if reusable). Minimum pad thickness is .080" (2.0 mm) for all models.
