Gauges & Instrument Panels: Description

The instrument cluster (combination meter) contains the speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, coolant temperature gauge and warning indicators. On all models except 240SX and 300ZX, a speed sensor is built into the speedometer. On 240SX and 300ZX models, speed sensor is located in transmission. On turbocharged models, a boost gauge is included. On all models, combination meter can be removed with all gauges installed.

The combination switch includes the turn signal switch, wiper switch and headlight switch. The other control switches are located on the instrument panel, console or steering wheel.
